I'm looking for a programmer to modify a CREloaded template #8859 from the template shop [url removed, login to view]

Please look at the attched pdf file for detail about what I'm looking for.

I don't care about the flash on top of the site.

I'm looking for someone who is reliable and responsive, as this is just the beginning. I will need further modification and design changes.

Robotic responses will be ignored. I need to see your qualification and work, and I need you to fully understand what is needed and be confident of accomplishing the task.
