OSCommerce store customization

I have a OSC store which need few modifications.
The most important is to work on the tech improvment described in the attached PDF file.
If you feel comfortable with that too, you'll also be bulding the HTML layout according to my PSD for 3 pages (homepage catalogue, category page, product info page - only the actual content, as header footer and overall structure is already done), otherwise i will provide you the HTML ready to implement in the script.
Please give a carefull loook to the PDF, i expect question to clarify any doubt.

I forgot one point, important:
when users ADD to cart a product, the QTY in the stock should be reduced.
IF the user deletes the product from his cart OR we empty his cart because of the time expiration, then we'll put back the product in stock.
This is because we have few items in stock, we cant risk to have 2 users ordering the same item in the same 5 minutes.
I added in the PPT the part about stock QTY (as the comment above) + changed the CCGV part.
Please ignore the part about PSD and graphic:
we'll provide all the necessary HTML.
So you'll only have to implement the script and dont worry about graphic.
Please consider this in your quotation.
we finally decided to go for POINTS AND REWARDS MODULE instead of CCGV.
This will make the job even semplier
