We are developing a social networking website for pets. It will have key functions similar to a social networking site (eg: Linked in, Facebook) and a dating site.
The winning bidder must provide open source code and a functioning website to our expectations as key project deliverables. We also need the winning bidder to set up a web host and online database (eg: MySQL). We already have a logo and some basic graphics, but the winning bidder would still be required to produce most graphics for the site and we are seeking somebody with good graphic design skills. The winning bidder must have sound English language skills and be regularly available to communicate with us via Skype. We plan to expand on the site with the development of a mobile app for Apple and Android. There would be scope for the winning bidder to continue to work with us to do this if we are happy with the website.
