Registration and maps link

I need a wordpress integration. The solution can be either a personalized module than php pages included in wordpress standard pages. Other modules can be used if need. I will give project analysis and mysql tables, but briefly: I've a database with schools and their addresses. I need a first page where I can choose a school selecting region, province, district, type of school, school. There will be a google map linked that will display the schools based on the selections. If I click on the marker of the school on the map, it will show the name and the address. Now that I've choosen a school (or make an advice for the admin in case I can't find the school) I can go to the registration. The registration is just a form where I put my name, email, phone number and few other information like my role in the school. I will then receive a confirmation email. Once I confirm my email, I will have limited access to the site. Once I'm confirmed by the school I've choosen (or by admin) I can have access based on the level granted to me. When I login in to the site where I can search for schools, with the same map as the main page, but with 2 or 3 more information on the marker, have a table with searched school based on filters. There will be a permission scheme to access the informations with at least the following role (it's ok if we need to use an existing auth module). 1) site admin, that can do everything 2) school: they can confirm the registrations and change school (their own) informations. 3) user level 1: they will have permission to see, change or add some informations 4) user level 2: they will have permission to see, change or add some informations (less than level 1) 5) user level 3: they will have permission to see, change or add some informations (less than level 2) 6) user not confirmed: they will have permission to see some pages of the site and change just their own informations This is a multi part project and this is just the first step, so who will start the project will likely have to do more implementations.
