I need a developer to re-build a Ski/Snowboard rental reservation form on a Wordpress website. I need to replicate this forms functionality: [login to view URL] (built on Joomla) - there is no ecommerce or payment transactions needed for this form. It simply needs to send an email of the reservation form data to the shop owner. The current website is: [login to view URL] The price sheet can be viewed here: [login to view URL] (prices subject to change) This can be built from scratch or you can continue from where I have already started. I am using the Formidable Pro plugin since it has the ability to have form field calculations. I have been able to get the form pretty close but the price calculations is where I am having troubles. The form needs the ability to add multiple people/guests, either skier or snowboarder. The price is based on a day rate (base price), package options, equipment options, delivery option and if delivery is not needed the user gets a 25% discount. The form will need to display the total per each guest and the total for all guests. BUDGET :- 30-50$ FIXED
