475489 Scrolling News - Code Help - Website

I currently have a website ([url removed, login to view]) that I developed and maintain myself.

On the index page (left side) are company news items that are referenced to a seperate page.

I would like to be able to resize the area these items are located in to match that of the right side area and then have the news item(s) scroll and link.

So... I need a programer/developer that can write the initial code to accomplish this and teach me how to add/subtract/modify additional items for future modifications.
