Setup obituary page for funeral home site

I need to have an admin area on an already existing website where the admin funeral home person can upload the deceased picture, enter decease lastname, firstname, deceased date and deceased bio as well as delete the deceased info after sometime. The name will be populated to a new obituary page and i have an example on the website i'll be providing. i've attached a document to show the format of what will be presented once someone clicks on the name.
