simple gaming promotion website

My budget is currently set at maximum 100$ USD and I need a simple looking website, best example, the site will look like this one; [login to view URL], and the information (main page titles) contained in the site will be similar to these two sites: [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] (except there will not be any forum, nor membership, nor mailing list, for now) IF you are really good and want to make me happy, I dream towards having a more professional looking website in the future, more like this one: [login to view URL], or this one, [login to view URL], or a blend of these two. But I am afraid the price may be too high for such type , but please do let me know about your pricing, etc... although I must say the website will not be that difficult to build, once the main template is well done. What I already have: I already have a domain name and I have a hosting account (free up to 1000 MB). I have my own header pictures, and I have my own logo. What I want: I want a very similar template of the website ([login to view URL]), you can even use the same template, then modify it a little bit to my needs, no issues here. You will construct the main template which will be the same for almost all pages. There will be no more than 10 pages to the website I also want the full code of the website so I can personally edit it in Dreamweaver. You must also give me your word that you will be available to help for small issues via SKYPE for maximum 30 mins per week or 1 hour every 2 weeks, for the 90 days following the completion of the project. This will assure me a smooth completion of the website and if I experience any problems in dreamweaver when filling the information in the website. You also need to tell me via skype, once website is completed, How i can fit my new banners and pictures into the template, and how i can change some sizes if i wish to. I am usually okay in html and i can find my way, but in other programming styles i might get lost and might not be able to find the exact code where to change page elements and their sizes, etcetera. I will fill the information into the site by myself, I will only provide you the main page titles I want and we will meet on a few occasions through SKYPE to discuss and finalize site building .
