Simple Posterous Template Changes

Have just started using posterous and need some simple mods to the template I would like to use....

Attached file shows the minimal changes I need...

Also I need to make sure that all pages [click thru from tags or archives] have the same new template format....

Needs someone that understands POSTEROUS...
