*** Note: Looking for an Freelancer in the USA ***
Hi,
I am the founder of a small service called Proringer. It’s a free dot com company where the general public (property owners) come to search for local contractors in their area. Our target audience is divided into two sections. Property Owners and service professionals (contractors). I just finished the first development of the site (including backend management) but I am looking to make it more user friendly and visually pleasing.
Explaining the functions of the entire site is next to impossible via email. It would take me a very long time. In short, we are looking to attract the users of services like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] by offering their paid users a free alternative. I am a great business manager with tons of real estate experience. My challenge is finding a professional team that can exceed my expectations in building the site. I have a very high standard. I need a development team that has a “creative” graphic designer. Someone or a team that I can rely on to meet deadlines and understands the importance quality assurance. I am looking for a professional partnership. I am a one man show looking to expand this business in the next 18 months to a national scale. I need a mind blowing, interactive and user friendly website.
Do you think you or your team would be up for the challenge of this redevelopment? Have you ever worked on projects that are similar to social networks, job postings and business listings? Function such as: Review system, IP mapping, cart for membership subscriptions, geological mapping, instant message systems, favorites, likes, recommendations, social sharing, advertising placement and management, CMS, databases, SEO and so on?
Here are some of the largest competitors websites:
[login to view URL] (the most popular one currently)
[login to view URL] - Probably closest to functionality.
I am trying to budget on what it would take to complete this without giving away my entire vision or having NDA's signed. Also include an estimated time it would take to complete a project of this size. I look forward to your responses.
