we have a dating site we use for several clients.
we have a new client so we need it to be skinned, we have the design, we have the programming, just need the 2 together.

the template we need to integrate is:

the site uses something similar to smarty templates (its called something else, im just not sure what it is, but its very similar)
there is also some minor programming to be done on this site, but it is NOT included in this bid request.
