414719 Small Restaurant Web Design

I have a small design project. It is chinese restaurant web page, nothing too fancy. I am a web designer myself and I looking for someone to collaborate with me on the coding part. I need some basic functionality added to a web page that I design. I will deal with all the stock photography, art, layout, etc. I will send a .png or .psd file to the programmer and ask that the functionality be added precisely as described. Coding needs include the following: Browser compatibility, Scripts (lightbox, etc), Load optimization, and basic navigation effects. There may be more, depending on the client. First order of business would be to code the functions for a sample page ("Home" - or whichever I send). Total project should be less than 10 pages. I have other projects as well.
