Submit 1 item and custom fields to paypal and email order.

This project needs doing IMMEDIATELY - and finished in the next hour.

- I have an order form and after filling in and submit it gives options for different prices.

- if click 'make booking' it sends data to another form (as hidden fields) and asks for extra fields (eg: name, address, phone number).

- From here it needs to send to paypal and email the details (once payment confirmed).

This project is just for the last point which is to send data to paypal and on confirmation of payment to send details to an email address.
