Tatiana Music Latin MIDI Sequences

Currently have a site (in progress) set up with osCommerce.

I need a PHP programmer to modify it so:

1) Shopping cart works with MULTIPLE, SEPARATE ITEM DISCOUNTS to be computed by shopping cart as items are added by customer.

Also

2) I need to add and set up a discount code to be entered by customer (at checkout?) when we offer Special Pricing Sales 2-3 times per year.

Also

3) I need to modify text on several pages. All modifications need to be done in English and Spanish. I will supply translations of text; fluency in Spanish would be convenient, though not necessary.
