Web Designer Required for Long Term Work

Hi I'm looking to hire a web designer/developers with extensive experience in designing websites, logos, graphics etc.
YOU MUST BE GOOD!
You will need experience in HTML, PHP, CSS, MySQL, Wordpress etc. You will also need graphic design skills and experience. You will need to be VERY creative and artistic.
You will need to work quickly and efficiently and be good at meeting deadlines.
You will also need to be able to communicate well (in English) and be prompt at responding to emails.
I will be hiring you on a long term basis, and will pay you per project. You will need to be committed to your work.
You will need to be able to handle multiple web design projects at a time. Up to 5 - 10 projects at a time.
BIDDING:
When you bid please bid the price you would charge for a basic 5 page HTML website with Paypal integration.
Plus link me to your portfolio. This is for me to consider if you're the right person to hire.
