The architecture of the site should be based on the commonly used methodology know as Fusebox, which allows for a sharp separation from the aesthetic look of the site from all business logic. The site shall be implemented using this methodology with PHP development environment or equivalent.
Slices of images are to be constant through a given set of pages
The content is in a sense, pulled into reserved locations on the page using an XML file that defines which content to use depending on the fuse action specified by the user's request.
The website developer shall design the graphical look of the site proposed by this specification. The main page shall contain royalty-free stock images. This image shall be changing per every visit, to give a recurrent user the impression of fresh and changing content. The main page will also contain a featured Client, Case Study and Design Tip section
The main site will also contain a News & Upcoming Events section on the prominent area of the web site. The Content Management System shall control this content.
The main navigation of the site should include (6) main pages: Home, About Company, Services, Partners, Intelligence (Library of Technical papers), and Contact Information. Further more, the main page shall also advertise the main general services that Company provides and thus enabling users to quickly locate the services that they've come to find. These 5 main general services shall be located as "piano" keystroke buttons on main page, large enough to attain immediate attention from users.
Content management system
The Content Management System provided shall enable any administered user of Company, to control the content that is presented on certain areas of the site, including the Home page, and intelligence sections to share links to recent technical findings.
The CMS shall also allow Company to manage the content that is to be displayed on certain sites. For instance, the CMS shall allow for users to specify which geographical region to direct the content.
