IMPORTANT: I need full time developer not part time developer. The purpose of this project is to build a template that is able to be customized for a building owner to populate with information about their facility and to link out to facility information about their buildings. This information may include calendar information, PDF information that is able to be accessed through Good Reader ([login to view URL] ), and links to other web based portals that would display information within the portal. The FiM Portal will solve the problem of having to go to multiple different apps, software tools, websites and links to find information about your facility. Additionally there is a shift in the industry away from bulky and expensive software to apps that are able to be customize to meet their needs. This project will entail two separate, but related efforts. The first will be to build a template that can be populated with information that we will provide the contractor with. The second effort will be to complete a pilot project. It is important to note that the awarded contractor will be guaranteed the second phase of the work as the group already has a contract in place for this project, however it is imperative that the costs to build out the first effort (template) will need to be kept to a minimum with more resources being able to be spent on the second effort (the pilot). The application will be an iPad based application to start, but will eventually need to be an android application in v2.0 and web application. Understanding this, any efficiencies in design by the competing contractor should be noted and will be planned for in this project. There will be a COBIe database that the system will need to tie into for maintenance. The COBIe database is simply a list of all of the equipment in a building that needs to be maintained and the maintenance and warranty calendars will need to pull from this information.
