Website with online profile and online transaction

Job Description:
Hi
I need a small website (~10 pages) to present psychologist consulting service.
Most of the website is as simple as showing a nice design, pictures and text. We have
the website done as an example but we want to upgrade it.
We want to add is:
Improve the design
Sign up/Log
User name and password recovery function thought email
Buy a book (to ship) or online information and pay on the site or thought another site (to discuss what's best)
Set personal reminders that are sent to emails and/or text message
The page where is presented the book has a simple animation. We can click the book, it opens and
we can click on the page to step a each beginning of a chapter to scan the book in a fast
way. If we double click on it, it turns and we can read the back of it, another double click
will put it back backyards.
The site needs to handle thousands of users and once the user has bought the book or online consulting,
he can log to his profile page and the previous saved configuration is retrieved.
Example (just an example of saved configuration, it will no be exactly this way):
I buy the book and read it online
I click on the pages to turn it
I sign out and re log
The book is still at same page
The programmed reminders are retrieved and can be edited
I can retrieve and edit my profile information (name, profession, email etc...)
I need:
- Someone who can do this easily, not hardly
- A website that looks and works professionally
