Wordpress: Video Website in ARABIC

Please read carefully. I have a Wordpress website that I build myself last month ( [login to view URL]) that has 1000 visitors/day and I am not satisfied with it simply because it doesn't look professional to me. I need a professional wordpress developer who will develop a new website (from scratch). The website has almost same features as any popular video sharing site consisting the following: - Easy Browsing by categories - Video – Audio – Images – Channels - Groups – Community – Friends - Latest video – random channels Wordpress Setup: 1- Arabic wordpress setup. If unable, I will setup in Arabic and use English admin panel. 2- use a Super cache that is COMPATIBLE with ARABIC script 3- setup all-in-one-seo, all-in-one-webmaster, [login to view URL] & Sitemap HTML 4- I am using Robot 3.4 auto content uploader but not satisfied. I need to upload (?)Millions of video clips in a very short time 5- modify WP-Uniquifier plugin or similar plugin to create unique contents that works with Arabic script. the available plugin is not compatible with Arabic script. 6- I prefer the star rating at origin to be uploaded robotically the same way that videos, comments uploaded using the robot. 7- (Yarp, recent comments, recent posts, most viewed, highest ranked, post tags, and other features) MUST be created in template PHP NOT by using plugins, to make the page loading faster. 8- Videos uploaded by robot and are divided into parts; the parts must be kept in sequence (e.g.: honeymoon part1, honeymoon part2, honeymoon part3) Groups • Create a new group for even more video sharing • Group admin can make group private or public • Videos can be deleted and added to the group very easily • Group admin can deleted members and also comments • Members can talks together using the group comments Pictures Allow users to upload and brows pictures in picture Videos • Easy uploading of Videos directly from the user computer • Members can upload Videos directly from [login to view URL],[login to view URL],[login to view URL] • Support for many formats including (mpg, avi, divx and more) • View upload process as it happens • Edit video at anytime, change the title, description and tags • Delete Video at anytime allowing management of files • Make video public or private for those who don't like to share :-) • Allow or disallow video comments and also video embedding • Allow or disallow embedding Live Cam • Live cam section and some posts from live cam at homepage as well *Any additional ideas are welcomed and will be counted for ($)credit.
