Buddy Zone Configuration & Front Page Setup

Hi, We are looking for someone who has experience with buddy zone and php/mysql. We need assistance with: 1. Configuring buddy zone on our server 2. Setting up a front page of our choice and help us gear the looks and feel to appeal our audience (we already have the logo so the colors of the front page should go with the logo colors) These tasks need to be done within a week. I would also need some admin tips to manage the site better. It would help if you provide some information on your experience with a project(s). Good bonus will also be given on timely and satisfactory completion of the project.
