I have a unix shell script which I need to replicate in to a script which will run in a windows environment. Either a convert or a rewrite will do
script reads a log file looking for 2 lines (a process start and a process end), each line in the log also contains a timestamp, the output is sorted by time stamp to get a start and end time of the process. it then works out the time taken to run the process (difference between start and end times. for good measure it also outputs the number of times the process has run, during the log.
