File to screen output macro interface

This small interface will enable the user to automaticlly populate a form on an active application by first selecting the csv file with the data to be entered. E.g. transfering a list of employees and payments from a file imported from a payroll software package to another unrelated accounting package. So instead of the user having to type figures into a journal entry manually they can use this data transfer program to populate the form automaticlly. We need this project because some sofware we use does not have a file import function. I imagine the control panel would have icons of the applications set up and the user would click on the one they wanted to populate from, to thier accounting program, or what ever application is set up to recieve the data. They would then place the cursor in the position on the receiving app and click "Go" or something to play the macro or whatever. So really all that is happening is the keyboard is being taken over by this New Program to do the data entry. It has been prevousely set up to output in the correct pattern of tabs and crlf's needed but it is probably up to the user to click the right button for the particular application? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Developed in VB 6 and not .net thanks. Would be to speak over Skype to finalise the features of this project if possible.
