Hey everyone, I'm looking to find out how much somthing like this would cost to create. The system will place a small framed bar on every web page that exists on the free hosting server without the need for users to add code to their pages. (I believe this can be done using apache). The bar will display a text ad each time it is loaded, and will possibly display other static components (logo, dropdown menu). The system will allow advertisers to purchase impressions or click throughs from the bar's advertising. I would also like some sort of system in place that would require users to categorize their website before it is displayed, so that advertisers could target their ads to a specific category of websites. Also, to reward users, it would be good to have a system that allowed them to create an ad and have it shown on other websites. Their advertising power depending on their website performance (unique hits, page impressions, etc.) Thanks alot for your time!
