LAB VIEW 7.1

I need an application built for a Labview 7.1 VI called [login to view URL] The programmer did not have the application builder so simply need somebody to compile the application. The main VI and all sub VI's are in a zip file. Their are 8 main VI files. In addition, I have also have a 3 word test file (text) to verify performance. This application will access the web (internet explorer) calling some google pages and then will output a file. When the program is run, you are presented with a file dialogue box. Simply select the [login to view URL] file When the program completes, and output file is saved automatically called [login to view URL] and will be in the same directory. Please verify the compiled program is accessing the web and produces the output file. The exact output will vary day to day because of changes in Google so there is not way to verify past that.
