mobile phones recording application required

hi all coders there we require a application with which we can record mobile phone conversations ..maximum 4 phones either connected with the computer or just lying close to the computer..it is upto you to let us know how you can do it..if any hardware is required we can provide..that too..monay is not the constraint..the right candidate who can show us capability will even get a bonus...only coders who can convince us that they can get this application to work and how..the bids will be accepted...we expect to respond quickly to your bids..another bigger application is in the pipeline for the coder who gets this done successfully....rachael ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
