Need website ''game'' script

Hi all, I need someone to help create a website script (in PHP or whatever works best) that is sorta like the "money game" on sites like [[login to view URL]][1], where random "prize" pages alternate with URL's of sites, with a frame of info around it that tells you how many sites you've surfed and how much money you have in your account, with limits I can set depending on their membership, and (hopefully) cheat proof. The "prizes" would be set up by me, and could be changed by me, as randomly awarded "treasure names", like first part (prefix) and last part (item name), like the first part might be: Gold, Silver, Platinum, Gem-Encrusted, Jeweled, Holy, etc, and the second part would be the item name: Necklace, Bracelet, Ring, etc. The prefix and item type should be randomly determined. Also, the value of items would mostly be 1-10 cents, with randomly rare prizes worth other ranges, like 2nd tier values of 11-25 cents, 3rd tier worth 26-75 cents, 4th even more rare worth 76-2.00, etc. I should be able to easily alter the odds of each appearing on a "prize page". Can someone write this script that would do the above for me, and make it so that I can fit it easily into a template of my choice (for the entry non-surf pages anyway)? Can it be done with PHP and 1 MySQL database, or would I need more? It might help to try out the site mentioned above to get more of an insight into what I need.
