144 A scale line in Flash/Flex

The project is to create a Flash component (a picture is shown in the attachment) which consist of a horizontal line with spikes, some texts, a movable circle and two command as circles. The user can move a “Drag me?? circle to any position on the horizontal line between two small spikes . When the “Next?? command is pressed, the value represented by the position of the “Drag me?? circle is saved in an XML fragment. Please follow the design as closely. This is suitable for a Flash developer used to Flash graphics work and who is familiar with XML/MXML/Action Script/Javascript, etc. You should have the tools necessary to build this as a component that could be deployed within a larger framework.
