I need coder, which will write (or extend existing) library which will be able to send and receive voice/wave data to telephone line using voice modem.
I have such library written for Conexant modem (I can get know what for what exactly conexant is it written), now I want to do it for some other modem.
Voice sending/receiving must be done in full duplex. I mean I could be able to dial some number, and after the second party pick up the phone play some wave to him and record what he is talking simultanously usign this library.
Already written library has such functionality, so probably only other set of commands or something similar is needed.
Of course, any improvement of library is welcome.

In replies to previous bid request, none of the coders have specified the modem model. It's very important to me , because I must check if I can buy this modem to check your code, if it isn't too expensive, etc ....
Library is written in C++, compiles under gcc for windows (mingw32). You can use VC++ until you don't use any VC-specific things.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
