514750 Need Simple Wordpress Featured Slider & Nav Menu code fix

I am looking for someone who is VERY familiar with Wordpress and can fix the coding for the Featured Slider on the homepage of my site. The theme I purchased stacks the featured images instead of cycling through on a timer.

Also, I need the dropdown menu to work. Not sure if the code is broken or if I just don't know how to setup correctly. So far it is only parent pages showing in the top Nav Menu and I would like the child pages to also show in the dropdowns.

Please contact me ASAP for the URL showing the current site, the theme demo so you can see how it's supposed to work and further details. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable and can get the job done quickly. I will be open to hiring on future projects.
