I am looking to create a website that would be ready to launch by January 1, 2013. I am looking for the site to be able to perform the following functions or at least give you a general idea of what I want to accomplish. If you are hired then of course you will get more details on the project. Price is extremely important! I need to know what it is going to take to get my business to the next level from an internet standpoint. I have contacted other web company that specializes in making websites and marketing it after it has been created. I am weighing all my options. I need to research and do comparisons to see where I can get what I need for the right price. I need a webmaster that meets our goals in a timely manner. I would like to see samples of work and some referrals. First off I want this site to look classy. This is a media website and I want it to look as such. I want the website to function pretty much on itâ??s own. The only things that I do is the blog, approve or disapprove specials posted on the website, change or update pages / add on / delete or update coupons. Also adding / deleting advertisers from system. I want customers to be able to check off the specials that they want and be able to print them out or even save them under a personal acct that they can create. I would like for any activity to be shared immediately on facebook, twitter, all social media ect... example: customer just downloaded coupons from website.... Maybe show list of coupons customer downloaded on these sites? Vendors can then follow up with customers if they see their coupon was downloaded by someone that did register. I would like customers to be able to share specials and make comments. Again being seen on all social networking sites. Vendors can place specials online (using the template that we have created) and pay online. I must approve these specials before they go live. Use site to advertise distribution locations and then they can pay me for each click on their info I was thinking that this should be a word press site so I can go in and make any changes. COUPON IPHONE APP iPhone app so you never miss new coupons or specials being posted or any special deals being offered by our vendors / advertisers No start up registration necessary to get coupons but I would like a special banner on the page that offers more specials directly from the advertisers for people that do register. When someone does register they can select categories of what types of services they want to hear from. When a customer fills out the form to have access to these additional specials their information will not only be added to my database (added directly to constant contact) but will be forwarded over to the vendors that are in the categories that they checked off. Reporting is critical! Want advertisers to receive the following information weekly without me having to send it to them? How many visitors How many unique visitors Number of clicks on all coupons Number of prints of coupons Number of clicks that result in visitor passing through to vendors website MARKETING... Webmaster doesn't need to be a marketing person but perhaps you can refer me to someone who does. What is the most cost affect way to be in as many places as possible (other than blogging). What would be the ideal plan when money becomes available to receive maximum exposure? How can you market the site for me? Any ideas that you can think of that would help create a ton of traffic and receive maximum exposure Thank you!
