Needing help with a PHP code. It has to do with an application process. It needs to be implemented and compatible for all browers. eg: Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari. Thank you.

We are using Visual Form Builder Pro Wordpress Plugin on one of our websites and need to exclude fields with credit card information from the output emailed to the admin. This is the URL with hooks: [url removed, login to view] .... There is a hook for excluding field types but we need to exclude 3 specific fields from 2 specific forms on the website. Keep in mind these are 2 forms and probably easy for someone with PHP knowledge.
The two forms that will be provided after selection of the applicant. We don't want the credit card information being emailed to the admin.
