WP Plugin that will hide source links of embedded videos + Custom vid player

We want a script where we can post similar videos like in kshowonline.com. The primary requirements are the ff: (1) a custom vid player, (2) when ppl view the source, they can't view the source links of the videos!
To understand what I mean, please do this:
> Please view this link: [url removed, login to view][engsub]-running-man-ep.63-(snsd)
> Then click Watch Online
> Once clicked, check the source on that part or click this [url removed, login to view] You will not find any links of the videos on that current page but only something like this <a onclick="return player(4880);" href="javascript:void()">
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Wordpress plugin
- We should be able to embed videos from youtube, vimeo, dailymotion etc then once embedded, and ppl would view the source, they should see somewhat like this: [url removed, login to view] showing NO VIDEO SOURCE LINK at all just like kshowonline.com. So the plugin must mask or hide the video source link using Javascript or AJAX.
- A custom vid player for all vid sources like youtube, vimeo, dailymotion. Again, just like [url removed, login to view], when clicking on the "Watch Online" link there.
So we need a plugin that we could use in a CMS like Wordpress where the video source url will be completely hidden as well as a custom video player, exactly the same that goes with kshowonline.com.
