Wordpress Customization for UserPro plugin

I need to customize the registration form for this plugin (UserPro). I need the username and password to auto pupulate. The password can be the same for every registrant, and username needs to autopopulate in a successive format (ie. applicant1, applicant2, applicant3) for each new user. In addition to this I need the date picker to have ability to select future years (instead of 1949 to 2014, I need 1949 to 2025), and also the date format to show as month/day/year NOT day/month/year like it does by default. So October 12th, 2014 would show as 10-12-2014 NOT 12-10-2014. Lastly I need the form to redirect to a special landing page after submission.
