Wordpress plugin to replace price on selected products to "Click for Price"

We are looking for a plugin that can be installed using the standard wordpress plugin install method (i.e. Upload -> Choose File -> Install Now). We are using woocommerce as our shop software so this plugin must change the product prices on woocommerce search page and the woocommerce product slider function. The reason we need this is because some of our supplier insist that the price is NOT shown on the home page or any search pages but ONLY shown on the single product page. The plugin should have an admin page that allows us to specify the supplier or a specific product that will apply the wording "Click for Price" as a replacement of the price. We should also be able to set CSS styles to text using the admin page. Our suppliers are added to the system using woocommerce product categories. 1) This work must be written for us and not use any amended 3rd party plugins 2) We will have full ownership of the code once payment is made 3) The code should be completely independent of any other wordpress or woocommerce files (i.e I don't want to have to reinstall the plugin after WP or Woo upgrades)
