Wordpress scroll bar and image adjustment

Hello, I need a very simple Wordpress job completed for my site tvm doht net doht au.
1. The image background (with reflection) on the "Who We Are" page needs to change (image will be provided)
2. The sites images on the "Who We Are" and "Our Service" pages *skew* when re-sizing the pages, often appearing stretched. Please lock the image proportions so height & width stay relative as browser pages are re-sized in and out.
3. The "Who We Are" and "Our Service" pages are going to feature much more content (which will currently go off the page). Can you please add a "scroll" function on the right side of the content so I can add more words to these pages.
