479903 Wordpress upgrade help

I have a wordpress blog that I was doing the automated upgrade on and now its inaccessible... gives the error Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/ledsigy/public_html/blog/wp-admin/[url removed, login to view] on line 16

Looking for someone to help me fix this and upgrade install to the latest version.
