We need to build a new e-commerce shopping cart website to replace the one at www.hooley-o-flynn.co.uk. This is a proprietary shopping card system that is proving expensive to maintain. We will be signing up for the following hosting plan: [login to view URL] The software that comes with the server will allow us to automatically install OS Commerce. We need a coder to help us: 1. modify the default design and make it match the style of the current site. This includes buttons etc The layout however can be updated to a more modern design with category menu on the left etc 2. move over all, categories, products, images, prices and descriptions to the new OS Commerce website. 3. we need the new site to have 3 payment options PayPal (already supported), Cheque (already supported) and Protx (a module has been created for this payment gateway [login to view URL],441). We need this module installing and testing. We require an expert guaruntee so if you cant make this then don't bid. Please make it clear whether you are bidding for the data entry or design part of the project. If you are bidding for both then please say so.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
