FLV Flash Video Player Tracking System

Hello,
I am looking for a team who can create "views and clicks" tracking for a flv flash video player. Imagine a youtube player that displays ads at the end of the video. Essntially, the tracking will have to record the number of views of the ad inserted at the end of the video and also click tracking. (views and tracking will be based on unique ip addresses so a user cannot just reload a page and create another view). A method could be to modfiy this with Phpadsnew, opensource advertising platform. If you are interested please PM me with your past work.
