Joomla Homework Component

We are currently developing websites for school based on the Joomla platform.
We need someone to create a Classroom component for us.
It should work very similar to the mamboClassroom component on [url removed, login to view] . login: teacher1 password: teacher
But with the added ability that a logged in user (student) can check-off which homework they've completed. A list of which students have completed their homework should be emailed daily to the teacher.
