OptimizePress Membership Site With Sales Funnel Setup

Hello, Please read this job description in full before applying. Please address my questions in your response. I want you to create a membership site with heavy use of PDF's and potentially videos. I want my users to be able to comment on the content, and be able to make create a community within the site. The front end of the site will feature free videos and content almost as it was another site. The paid membership will be on the backend. You should be comfortable in optimized press and understand sales funnels. I want this site to be SEO friendly and get amazing amount of traffic. The site should be optimized for my keywords, but I am mostly concerned right now about getting the sales funnel and membership aspects taken care of.
