We need to transform a PSD to XHTML files with CSS
You need Photoshop CS3 to open the PSD file correctly.

There's 7 PSD, make with composited layers, for make your job easier :)

There is 4 images.
Each image have 2 state, on/off.
"100?'?/jour" and "150?'?/jour" need to work like 'radio' button
Same for the 2 others images.
It need to store state in a hidden form.

It MUST use DIV and not table designing.
It MUST use LI/UL for menus and footer navigation.
It MUST use standards HTML tags for titles and contents (h1/h2/h3 etc...; P ; etc...)
It MUST be coded in XHTML 1.0 (Strict) and CSS2
It MUST be indented & commented
It MUST pass W3C validator without error/warning (XHTML + CSS)
It MUST render exactly the same in each kind of browser (Firefox 1 & 2 ; Internet Explorer 6 & 7 ; MacOSX safari )
CSS file need to be in 'css' directory
Images need to be in 'itf' directory
You need to optimize the result (weight of page + quality of images)
JPG quality must be 85%
GIF will be optimmized to keep the best aspect
PNG won't be used

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
