CJ Script that stores products into a database

I need a script that query cj ws by store name or url or store id --> and store the data into a mysql database. Also I want to be able to run updates on products stored into database... Compare the data stored into the mysql database with data results on the query for the same sku code of the product and replace where find anything different. The functionality I want is something like this: I edit a file where I put the ID's of the stores I want to get products for, I edit the affiliate code and then run the script... all products for every store will be saved into a mysql database.
