Visual design for social site

Hi, This project is to create and implement a visual design for [[login to view URL]][1]- a social networking site for pet owners based on [[login to view URL]][2]. The designer will create design and implement it into the site. Requirements: - You must be a designer with experience making website designs with a Web 2.0 feel. I will need examples of your work that show your understanding of the Web 2.0 look (gradiants, simple interface, use of css, color choice). - You must know how to implement a design using the Smarty template engine used by [[login to view URL]][2]. No changes to the script code. - Please take a look at an example "theme" for Dzoic: <[login to view URL]> This is the stock demo for the script and shows all the aspects of the script. Just click log in to gain access. Dzoic also has a forum section where there is information on the templates: <[login to view URL]> **- Please think about what you would do as a design and tell me in your bid. I am not looking for the lowest price but the best design idea and experience.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
