Website redesign w/SEO and light programming

Looking for a top designer, programmer, and marketer for the following project. Project Description: Redesign of an existing website (a CafePress store: [login to view URL]) to improve usability and look & feel. Search engine optimization and marketing. Goals: * Clean technical design using XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or Flash. - Hip stylish visual design appealing to young adults and adults. (ie [login to view URL]) * Simple and efficient information architecture * Search and/or section and product navigation functionality * Simple text form to create a text PNG dynamically, upload design, and show previous entries to CafePress. I already have a working Java class that creates dynamic PNG's that you can leverage. Constraints: * You must use the CafePress templating/content management system. It's pretty standard-- includes sections for Front Page, Header, Footer, (optional) Sidebar, HEAD element, and BODY attributes. It also has some macros that expand to a list of sections. Deliverables: * Information architecture: Use cases, navigation, site map, and rationale for IA decisions * Logo * HTML/CSS/Flash/JS front-end code and templates. Templates should be loaded into the CafePress templating system (easy). * Well-commented and modular code for dynamic PNG creation, upload, and history. Ruby on Rails preferred. * SEO/SEM assessment and recommendations. Implementation of agreed-upon recommendations. If you're interested in this project, great!
