Add attachments to outgoing email in Wordpress

I have a form on my website and was able to add this WordPress function to allow users to upload attachments, CV's, Images, Word Docs, PDF's etc when contact the listing owner: [login to view URL] When a user fills out the form, they can upload (mostly) any document/image type. That document/image is then uploaded to the "uploads" folder in WordPress when the users submits the form. When I receive the email, I can see the name of the user, their email address and their message. What I need to ADD to this email is a LINK to the document/image they uploaded. I have attached images of the form that the users fills out and the email that is received for visual clarification. I hope it make sense to you. If not please do not hesitate to ask for further clarification. To the winning bidder, I can supply the code for the form and the email that gets sent out. Please be very clear on what you can or cannot achieve for this project. My aim is very specific and quite simple: ADD LINK TO THE UPLOADED ATTACHMENT
