We are a pre-launch social media site, and have an immediate need for a good developer to resolve some ongoing site issues and provide some small improvements to the site. Our site uses buddypress and knowledge of this would be beneficial but not essential. We have a list of outstanding actions and a tight schedule to work to, so we need someone that can commit to resolving these issues rapidly and within an agreed timeframe. A detailed list of requirements can be provided. We also utilise Jira for our requirements and any experience of using this would be beneficial. Beyond this if the relationship works and you can demonstrate the ability to complete, this could be a long term arrangement.
