Integrate 3 Mining Clients into 1 for Windows and Mac

We want to combine 3 crypto currency mining program into 1 program [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Requirement: 1. Detect if Nvidia GPU is present, if yes, mine with Nvidia; 2. Detect if AMD GPU is present, if yes, mine with AMD GPU; 3. Otherwise mine with CPU; 4.
