We're currently looking for a developer with prior experience in developing a payroll platform that supports multiple employment awards.
We currently support a simple calculation of hours works and the pay rate - however, need to integrate Award specific calculations in there for our casual staff.
You must be based within either Sydney / Melbourne Australia to complete this work.
You won't be required to code for us; however, instead we request you provide a roadmap / template for our team to enter all award specific details and know how to structure the database to support these calculations. As you know there are many unique requirements for each Award.
/ To provide outline of how to structure award specific calculations within the database
/ Advise fields structure to provide a blanket solution to all award calculations
/ Advise how to handle calculations from a database level (ie. separate fields for Sunday, overtime etc.)
/ Provide examples of previous award calculation formulas
