Add a listing category to my Real estate website

Hello, I have a custom made CMS script that needs a little customization. I need someone who knows PHP very well.
It's a real estate listing script. My issue is that: There are already 3 different category of paid listings on homepage but I also need non-paid listings to appear on main page below the premium listings. I can show you an example how I would like it to appear.
My homepage already looks like this:

[Premium listings] - exists, just add 2nd and 3rd rows
[VIP listings] - exists, no change required
[featured listings] - no change required
[listings under Category 1] - doesn't exist, add this
[listings under Category 2] -doesn't exist, add this (copy-paste)
[listings under Category 3] - doesn't exist, add this (copy-paste)
[listings under Category 4] - doesn't exist, add this (copy-paste)
[listings under Category 5] - doesn't exist, add this (copy-paste)
[listings under Category 6] - doesn't exist, add this (copy-paste)
[listings under Category 7] - doesn't exist, add this (copy paste)
[footer] - exists
Our script has everything running already, categories are ready and we just need someone to pull those recently added ads from listing categories to the homepage. We couldn't find the necessary code to copy-paste those listings to the main page, a php coder will definitely manage it!
