Add new features for my existing website (FE:HTML5, Bootstrap CSS, JQUERY/JS, BE:PHP (Laravel Framework))

New Feature list for existing websites [login to view URL]: 1. Need to create Super Admin and multiple Admin users 2. Need to create a converter in this website where any admin can upload a resume from MS Word or PDF file to a template converter. AT present only Add/remove templates using PHP/HTML/CSS 3. In the package create options need to modify with a. A list of options for multiple packages can be created. At present, there are 4 default list availed and no option to select manually during creating the packages. 4 default lists are: *Unlimited resumes and cover letters *Free templates and colors *Premium templates and colors *Unlimited PDF downloads For example, I am creating a monthly package and want to create additional items with these 4 default items. I have no control at present to select them manually and add more items in the features. So I need to have an option where I can choose manually any from the above 4 items and also add additional items relevant to these sites. b. There is no option to export word format files. Need to add these features. c. There is no promo code option for any additional discount settings. Need to add this features d. There is no time based discount settings in any package for a limited time only. Need to add this features. 4. There is by default two user review shown in this website. I need an option to add manually new user feedback and there pictures. When the number of user review become more then the sliding option will allow to show all the user review. 5. Need to add a custom advertising option where any company can give advertise on this website. The adversity can be manually set with pictures by the admin users from the website option. 6. Need to add a Career advisor profile create option here. Here a separate user group that can create their profile in this site with a different registration option as Career consultant user registration. Here a career consultant can create his profile with bellow options: a. Similar to the LinkedIn profile create an option where career consultants can upload all his career summary, professional history, upload certification/pictures or video. b. Each career consultant has the option to verify their accounts with mobile number, email id, bank accounts. c. Career consultant can display their rate for resume and cover letter building based on candidate career history and career development consutltation fee. d. Resumewe will take 15% as commission from this success of a candidate consultancy from this site. e. Career consultant id (email, mobile) will be invisible and only be visible to a candidate who are registered in resumewe system once there is agreed with the service from a career consultant. f. The communication will be done based on internal messaging services. g. Rsumewe admin have the option to make free this service. I mean a promo option or discount option for commission taking from career consultant. For example: first 3 months free of commission. h. All the carreer consultant profile short summary will be display in the main page as a sliding window.
